Create a frame and apply it to your collection
Build a reusable photo frame with event text and branding, then use it for new and existing guest photos.
Give guest photos a consistent look
A frame adds a designed border and branding to photos. For a wedding, you might use the couple’s names and a floral accent. For a business event, use the organization logo and event title.
Frames are assigned to a collection. The current workflow does not assign a different frame to each guest. Invite team members separately when they need management access.
Create the design
Open the collection’s frames area
Choose Create frame. Where templates are available, choose a starting template or Start from scratch.
Name the frame
Use a name you will recognize later, such as “Wedding — gold frame”.
Choose its structure
Set the branding position and layout. Adjust the footer or side strip and outer frame where those controls are available.
Add event text
Add text layers for the event name or message. Drag text in the preview and adjust its size and position for each layout.
Set colors and artwork
Choose colors, typography, and the available pattern or artwork. Check that text stays readable against the frame.
Preview both orientations
Review landscape and portrait layouts with example photos before saving.
Add your organization logo
Add a logo in organization branding settings, then enable Use organization logo in the frame editor. Adjust the logo size, position, and rotation in the preview.
If no logo is available, save the frame with text and colors or add the organization logo before continuing.
Assign the frame to the Event Collection
Save and apply
When editing inside a collection, choose Save & apply to collection. For a saved frame, choose Use in collection.
Check the collection assignment
Confirm the collection shows the selected frame and that automatic framing is enabled.
Test a new photo
Upload a new user photo and wait for processing. Check that the expected frame appears.
Frame existing photos
Select Apply to existing photos to process photos already in the collection. Watch the progress indicator and check the result before repeating the action.
Pause stops automatic framing for new photos; Resume enables it again. Remove frame clears the collection’s assignment. Do not assume those actions undo photos that have already been processed.
Reuse and update frames carefully
Saved frames can be reused across collections. Check the assigned design revision after editing a frame; an existing assignment can remain on its current revision.
Converting an original-format frame opens a new Frame Studio preview, and saving creates a new revision. Deleting a frame from the library does not remove the appearance from already processed collection photos.
