Go live with your event
Run a final check, open the lobby, and start showing approved photos on connected event screens.
Run the final check
- The correct Event Pass is active if activation is required.
- Your participant, storage, and Event Screen capacity fit the event.
- Each intended display is connected and assigned correctly.
- Guest entry and photo approval behave as expected.
- The welcome design and collection frame look right.
- A team member is ready to review guests and photos when approval is enabled.
Open the lobby when guests should join
Use Open lobby in the event menu, or Publish & open lobby from the welcome editor when preparing a draft or scheduled event.
Check the participant QR, Event code, and welcome screen on the actual display. Share the guest joining details and private code if one is required.
Start the event
Select Go live
Use the event menu when ready for live photo playback. Guests keep the same Event code.
Check the first photo
Make sure at least one eligible photo is ready and approved. An empty playing screen waits for its first photos.
Check each display
Confirm the intended content is playing, with the right orientation and settings.
Monitor guests and media
Approve waiting participants and photos when those settings are enabled. Watch capacity as the event fills up.
Adjust what a screen shows
Use the event’s screen controls to check its selected content and playback state. Review the screen preview before changing settings during the event.
Where content ordering is available, use the screen’s current content list. If the source changes while you are editing, refresh the list before trying again.
Take a temporary break
Use a screen’s pause/resume or stop controls for a playback break, and verify the display’s resulting state. A stopped screen can show your configured welcome screen. Screen playback controls do not end guest collection or reset its deadline.
Use End event only when collection is complete. That action is permanent and the event cannot be reopened.
