Collect photos and control what goes live

Manage participant uploads, review content, and check which photos can reach your event screens.

From a guest upload to the screen

A guest joins the event, uploads a photo, and waits for it to finish processing. The event’s approval settings and screen content determine whether that photo can play.

Start with a test photo before guests arrive. Check its upload state, approval, and visibility on the intended display.

Choose automatic publishing or host review

In Access, Show new photos automatically controls whether participant uploads need host review before reaching screens. Turn it off when a host should approve each photo.

Guest entry approval is separate. Accepting a participant does not approve every photo they upload.

Review incoming photos

  1. Open the event’s media or uploads area

Check new content as it arrives and allow processing to finish.

  2. Review pending uploads

Approve the photos you want to show and reject content that should stay off the event screens.

  3. Check the screen’s content

Verify that the approved photo belongs to the content source selected for the intended screen.

  4. Confirm live playback

Check that the event is live, the display is connected, and playback is running.

Add the event’s frame

Apply a frame to the collection to automatically frame new user photos. Existing photos can be handled with Apply to existing photos.

Check the completed result after frame processing. Saving a frame design in your library alone does not assign it to an event.

When uploads do not appear

  • Confirm that the guest has joined and, if needed, been approved.
  • Check whether lobby uploads are disabled or private.
  • Wait for upload and media processing to complete.
  • Review photo approval and the screen’s selected content.
  • Check storage capacity and the event’s collection deadline.
