Check Screen Collection packages and access
Understand collection allowances, trial access, paid entitlements, and what happens at expiry.
Check the workspace allowance
Screen Collection access is checked for the workspace that owns the collection. Check the allowance, how many collections are already used, and the expiry shown in the panel.
The allowance counts Screen Collections, rather than Event Screens. Existing purchases and custom workspace arrangements can have different limits.
Default Event Pass allowances
Paid Event Pass access requires an active, valid pass. A purchased pass that is still pending activation does not grant the active-pass allowance. Check the actual assignment and expiry in the panel.
With concurrent qualifying passes, the highest included allowance is used; the counts are not added together. Eligible paid signage workspace plans can also provide access, according to their own limits.
| Access | Screen Collections |
|---|---|
| Active 7-day workspace trial | 1 |
| Essential Event Pass | 1 |
| Standard Event Pass | 1 |
| Premium Event Pass | 2 |
| Ultimate Event Pass | 3 |
Use trial access
An active workspace trial includes one Screen Collection until its known trial end, including before you create an Event Collection.
Trial access ends at that deadline. Do not rely on a workspace playback grace period to extend trial Screen Collection creation or playback.
Choose one display method at a time
A Screen Collection can use its Web Viewer or one paired physical screen at a time. Opening both as simultaneous playback targets is not supported by this allowance.
Use the collection’s display controls to remove or disconnect the current viewer when switching methods. A panel preview does not prove that a physical screen is connected.
When access expires or the limit is reached
- If the collection allowance is full, open an existing collection or review an available upgrade.
- If access has expired, restore a qualifying entitlement before expecting management and playback to work.
- Expiry does not itself delete the saved collection data.
- If a purchase request is submitted while checkout is unavailable, the request alone does not activate paid access.
