Use Web Viewer or connect a physical screen
Choose how your Screen Collection is displayed and confirm the correct connection.
Choose your display method
Open the collection overview and find Your screen. Choose Web viewer or Physical screen depending on where you want the content to appear.
A Screen Collection supports one of these playback targets at a time. Check the current connection before switching.
Open the collection’s Web Viewer
Launch the collection’s viewer from its panel controls. Opening the generic device-pairing page is a different flow. If opening is blocked, check collection access and the message beside the launch button.
Select Web viewer
In Your screen, choose the Web viewer option.
Select Open web viewer
The collection viewer opens in a new browser tab. This launch flow needs no app or pairing code.
Check the output
Confirm that the intended collection content appears and keep the viewer tab open for playback.
Pair a physical display
Open Viewer on the display
Open the Happic Viewer or compatible player on the display and keep its current pairing code visible.
Choose Physical screen
Select Connect physical screen in Your screen, or use Pair a new screen during creation.
Enter the screen name and code
Follow the pairing setup and use the current code from that display.
Verify the connection
Check its name, orientation, connection status, and actual playback.
Use an existing screen
Select Use existing screen or Choose another screen and choose the intended saved display. Check its current assignment before confirming a replacement.
A saved screen can still be offline. A selected assignment does not mean the player has connected successfully.
Switch or remove a viewer
Use Remove web viewer when disconnecting the collection’s browser viewer. For a physical screen, use the available device disconnect or removal controls before switching targets.
Read the confirmation and check which connection will be removed. Removing a viewer is different from deleting the collection.
Check the display details
- Use Edit details to check the physical screen’s details and orientation.
- Check Last seen when diagnosing a physical device.
- Keep the player open and connected to the internet.
- After changing the target, verify the content on the new display.
