Choose a package and activate your pass
Understand capacity, Event Pass activation, and the difference between collection time and media retention.
Check what your event needs
Choose capacity for the number of guests, separately controlled Event Screens, and storage you expect to use. Open the event’s Capacity section to see its actual allowance, purchased pass, and activation state.
Event Screens and Screen Collections are separate allowances. A pass with five Event Screens and one Screen Collection does not mean six Event Screens.
Event Pass capacity at a glance
The trial lasts seven days. The listed paid passes have 30-day validity after activation. Custom arrangements and existing purchases may have different limits; use the values shown for your event.
A Screen Collection can use a Web Viewer or one paired physical screen at a time. Multiple passes do not simply add their Screen Collection allowances together.
| Pass | Participants | Event Screens | Screen Collections | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7-day Trial | 10 | 1 | 1 | 3 GB |
| Essential | 200 | 2 | 1 | 5 GB |
| Standard | 500 | 5 | 1 | 10 GB |
| Premium | 1,000 | 10 | 2 | 10 GB |
| Ultimate | 2,000 | 20 | 3 | 25 GB |
Activate when you are ready to open
Check the purchased pass
Open Capacity and confirm that the correct pass is attached to this event. A pending paid pass is ready to activate.
Finish preparation
Prepare and preview the unopened event. Preparation uses the included limits; it does not unlock all paid features.
Review activation
As the event owner or an authorized workspace editor, open the activation confirmation. Check the expected expiry before confirming.
Confirm and check the dates
After activation, verify the actual activation date, expiry, and remaining days. Then open the lobby or start the event when ready.
What preparation access includes
An unopened paid event can keep preparation access after the workspace trial ends. Hosts can prepare and preview within the included/free event limits.
Preparation alone does not grant paid Screen Collections, workspace library access, paid-pass AI credits, or public participant sharing. Activate the pass before opening the paid event or lobby.
Validity, collection, and saving photos
Check the dates in the panel before inviting guests or making plans to download media. A new pass does not reopen an ended event or reset an existing collection deadline.
- Pass validity: the purchased access period, starting at activation.
- Collection window: at most 168 hours from the first lobby opening or event start.
- Planned end: schedule information; changing it does not extend collection.
- Media retention: the saving/deletion dates shown for your event. The collection cutoff itself does not delete photos.
Extra capacity and AI
Review the add-ons available in Billing or Capacity if you need more supported capacity. If checkout is unavailable and you submit a request, the request itself does not charge or activate a package.
AI generation uses the workspace’s shared credit balance. Check the balance shown in Capacity rather than assuming each event has an independent pool.
